NIKOLAI PLUZHNIKOV – born in 1964, a candidate of science (history) and a research fellow of the Laboratory of Audiovisual Anthropology of the Russian State Institute of Ethnology and Anthropology. His theme is traditions of the peoples of Siberia. He is an author of numerous articles on nomadism, deer farming and shamanism. He teaches in Russian State humanitarian university (RGGU) at the department of Social Anthropology. An author of numerous films on the life and habitat of the peoples of Siberia.
