UZOCHUKWU NDUKA - born in 1971 Port Harcourt. He received high engineering education. Worked in Shell petroleum development company. He is a head of INCAS-Nigeria company. He spent the main part of his life in the delta of Niger where all major conflicts over the distribution of oil profits are taking place. He acted as a negotiator between the government and the non-governmental forces, he is a specialist in geo-informational systems.
