DMITRY ROGOZIN – born.1963. Permanent representative of Russia in NATO. Head of the “Rodina. Congress of Russian community”, head of the Voronezh department of an unregistered party “Great Russia”. Was elected a deputy of the State Duma in three callings. As a representative of Russia in NATO he informed the alliance on Georgian-Ossetia conflict and on moratorium on collaboration between Russia and NATO when NATO interpreted Russian actions in the region as an act of aggression. In 2004 he publishes “War and Peace in terms and definitions”. The aim of the edition was to form a common terminological apparatus within the sphere of international and national security. He holds PhD in Philosophy. A journalist.
